Grefsenkollen is one of my favourite places in Oslo. It's situated on a hilltop northeast of the city centre and there goes direct busses there on Sunday and bank holidays. There is a restaurant and a café on the top, which is situated in 381 meters above sea level. It is a popular spot to start cross country skiing during winter and hiking during summer. All year people go there to simply enjoy the scenic view of Oslo and the surrounding areas.
I often visit Grefsenkollen, primarily to detach mentally, but also to take pictures. Below are some images I have taken of the view.Â
